- Now, quickly preview the files before exporting the files. Click on Export <\/strong>and select Office 365 <\/strong>as the target location.

- You will see a message that your PST file has been uploaded to AzCopy cloud storage. Click Done<\/strong> to continue.
- Review all your settings and click Submit<\/strong>.

- Workload<\/strong>: Exchange<\/li>\n
- In Microsoft Purview, enable the options I\u2019m done uploading my file and I have access to the mapping file. Then, click Next to continue.
- Download Microsoft AzCopy tool according to computer specifications.
- Open Microsoft Purview>>Data lifecycle management>>Import.
- Log in to Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Select Import from another program or file<\/strong> and click on Next<\/strong>.
- Click on the File > Add Account<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
- Open Outlook\u00a0<\/strong>on your Windows PC.<\/li>\n
